Learn how to have fun with rope without the complexities. Bring a partner
with you and we will help you learn what you need to so that everybody that wants to be tied up gets tied up. Bring your own rope (Rope 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch diameter, 25 to 50' long, and 1 to 4 pieces preferred) and learn how to use it to tie someone up, down and around. We will spend some time learning the foundations and safety of rope bondage, and then demonstrations will be followed by hands-on practice for the participants that bring rope. We will cover multiple ways to tie the hands and feet together, basic harnesses for the torso and hips, then various positions for the body in rope. This is a beginners class with lots of new material you haven't seen from David El before. Alicia will model and Madame Blake will be assisting.

We will lay bare the creation of complex full-body bondage with the layering of rope using simple knot work. The body will be suspended using leverage and rope pulleys. Japanese Rope for Beginners, TES 30, August 10-13, New Jersey

This workshop will demonstrate the foundations of Japanese style bondage, and will be hands-on for participants that bring rope. We will cover the uses for a square knot on a coil around the torso, wrists and ankles. We will cover very simple knots: overhand, square and hitches along with wrapping and layering the rope to completely envelope the body, also various ways to immobilize the body including upright and the body folded forward (Ebi-Shibari).
